What is the 30-day job guarantee?
If ExtenVox doesn’t capture at least one job in your first 30 days as a paying customer, we refund your first payment in full. A job is a booked appointment or a service request with the caller’s name, phone number and job details.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Keep your current business number and forward the calls you want ExtenVox to answer.
Can ExtenVox answer only missed, busy or after-hours calls?
Yes. Use conditional call forwarding so ExtenVox answers only when your line is busy or you don’t answer, or choose the days and hours when ExtenVox should answer, including nights, weekends and holidays.
What languages are available?
