1. The promise
If ExtenVox doesn’t capture at least one job in your first 30 days as a paying customer, we refund your first payment in full—whether you chose monthly or annual billing.
2. What counts as a job
A job is either:
- an appointment booked on a call answered by ExtenVox; or
- a service request from a call answered by ExtenVox, with the caller’s name, phone number and a description of the job, logged in your dashboard.
Spam, robocalls and calls shorter than 15 seconds are never counted. Your dashboard shows the number of jobs captured during your guarantee window.
3. The 30-day window
The window starts on the date of your first successful payment and lasts 30 days. Days spent on the free trial are not part of the window.
4. Who is eligible
- New ExtenVox customers only, once per business.
- Your ExtenVox number must have been set up to receive calls during the window—either as your published business number or through call forwarding.
- Accounts suspended or closed for violating the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy or Fair Use Policy are not eligible.
5. How to request your refund
When your window ends with zero jobs captured, a Request guarantee refund button appears on the Plan & Usage page of your dashboard. You can use it for up to 7 days after the window ends. You can also email contact@extenvox.com within the same period.
6. Your refund
We confirm eligibility and refund your first payment in full to the original payment method, including any taxes charged on that payment. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of your request; your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it. When the refund is issued, your subscription is canceled.
7. Free trial and the guarantee
The free trial is always free: nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. If you skip the trial and subscribe right away, the guarantee still applies from your first payment.
