SMS Terms

1. Program description

ExtenVox, an application and brand owned and operated by AstSer Integrated Solutions LLC, sends service-related text messages to its business customers and the team members they add. Messages may include phone verification codes, call summaries and new-lead alerts, appointment notifications, free-trial reminders, fair-use usage alerts, guarantee updates, billing and security notices, and support replies.

ExtenVox does not currently send text messages to the callers of our customers.

2. Consent

By providing a mobile telephone number and opting in during sign-up, in the mobile app, or in your notification settings, you consent to receive these service-related messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number and will tell us if it changes.

3. Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies with your account activity and the alerts you enable. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@extenvox.com. After opting out, you can still receive alerts by email and push notification, and you can opt back in from your notification settings.

5. Privacy

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers such as our SMS carrier process this information only to deliver the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
